Single Circle Sans-Serif (1866)

Norgeskatalogen lists the year 1868 for these cancels, and assumes 3-5 types, but they appear from 1866. The engraving style and sloppy centering of the year point to the postal authorities contractual cancel supplier von Schwarzenhorn, or rather his sub-contractor, C Kreish, in Grændsen, Xania. von Schwarzenhorn would deliver this type cancels to the postal authorities for 6 speciedaler. Sans-serif 1 (0)
Norgeskatalogen lists diameter 22,5mm and year 3,0mm above circle.
Sans-serif 2 (0)
Norgeskatalogen lists this as 22,0mm diameter and placement of year elevated 4,0mm above circle. The year is characteristically placed right of center.
Sans-serif 3 (0)
Norgeskatalogen lists this as having a diameter of 21,5mm and the year 3,5mm above the circle. However, the image used in the 2003 catalogue (last time the cancellation index was published), shows what I (and others before me) have deemed to be a re-engraving of Sans-serif 3. This re-engraving I have named Sans-serif 3b.
